- If small adjustments are needed that require 5 or 10 minutes from us, we will be happy to help you, but if that task requires an hour or more, we will need to budget for it, albeit at a lower price, for example at 30€ per hour instead of 45€ per hour.
- We do not give phone support, we can only provide service by mail.
- mowomo shall not be liable for any claim for damages that the use or access to the website or its contents by the User may cause to the User or to third parties, which the User expressly accepts, exonerating mowomo from any liability in this respect and assuming all responsibility.
The access to the website with administrator permissions will be limited exclusively to mowomo for maintenance work. Although access to a website owner role will be given for previous use to the user who the client designates.
- We will restore the last backup; the most stable within the last few days and fix any security holes that were caused by the hack. In case of not being able to carry out the actions that keep the website safe, the client will be informed and advised on what to do, for example that the problem comes from the hosting server or from some other user outside mowomo.
- If this notification is shown on your website, it means that we are currently working on your site. WordPress enables this mode to avoid actions on the web that can be lost during maintenance work.
